On 6 March, 2023, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sirojiddin Muhriddin received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Republic of Tajikistan, Waleed bin Abdurrahman Alreshaidon.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia handed over the message of the King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Majesty Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud addressed to the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of the Tajikistan His Excellency Emomali Rahmon.

During the conversation, the parties also exchanged views on the current state and prospects for the development of bilateral and multilateral relations between Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia.
